These guys were great. The quality of their work is always good but what I appreciate most is the extra things they do. They were always looking out for guest safety and we had progress meetings daily. Anything I needed they made sure it happened ASAP no calling up some office that is closed and leaving a message that doesn’t get returned until the next week. No matter what the project is Smart Build always finds a way to come through for me. In fact they did such great work at least two of my partners have hired them based on the work they did for me.
