We have taken our turnover rehab operations and streamlined them for the occupied rehab process. In many instances, we are able to complete rehabs similar in scope to full turnovers while residents remain comfortably in their homes. We are also able to complete limited-scope rehabs in a single day, including kitchens turned over in 8 hours.
